One problem I've always had with any Jabba deck (especially my own) was the presence of power combat cards. I thought I'd take a crack at a specials only deck, and Jabba was a good cadidate. (Nute is next, I think.)

Move any character adjacent to Jabba up to 3 spaces. That character receives 3 damage and can not move until after your next turn.
Have You Now, Hua Hua x1
Move any character in play adjacent to Jabba. Playing this card does not count as an action.
My Kind of Scum x1
Restore any destroyed Hired Thugs to play in any empty space adjacent to Jabba.
