So, as I'm going back through my old decks, I think all of them will be seeing updated graphics (I've just started in on new Grievous graphics). I want the print resolution to be much higher than what I've used in the past (as it turns out, all my decks have been using the default 72 DPI for printing...yuck!). I finally got around to really figuring out what all those DPI, pixels vs inches settings mean in GIMP and how it relates to on-screen vs print quality, and I have this website to thank! This site is great for taking an existing photo size, and helping you figure out exactly how many pixels equal the inch-size and vice-versa, including at various DPI levels. It also has a helpful explanation of what pixels mean and how it relates to DPI.
