I'll take away the +3 to the talent cards away from his Final Smash, and I'll add in the invulnerability like both of you suggested. I also did intend for it to be a free action, so I'll also add that in. I may also change the bike card to be a free action also.

I think that the Wario Waft card won't be overpowered after getting rid of the Final Smash's +3 increase to it. In order to use it at full powered, you have to have discarded all 3 Chomp cards, plus you have to wait 5 turns after drawing it in order to fully charge it through the Chargeable attack part. Most of the time, I'm thinking the player will be forced to play it before it is fully charged, or risk having it discarded from their hand by an enemy character's Talent Card.
