A couple other quick thoughts based on the last post (I can't seem to find an edit option around here):

To answer the question, how much fun is it to play? Just look at Jango. His worst is very bad. His best is only so-so. We find him so not-fun to play that we had to tweak his cards to give him a higher ceiling, but his floor remains very low.

Jango is a bad model of how to do a shooter, or how to do a deck, really.

Boba, on the other hand, is a pretty good model of how to do a shooter. Sure, he has a low floor with 14 HP and a Yellow Deck. But he makes up for it with very powerful cards that give him a fairly high ceiling. So Boba is highly variable, but at least he's fun.

So if you're going to do a low-HP, Yellow Deck shoooter with no power defense, recognize right away that you're dealing with a low floor, and make the deck fun by giving it a fairly high ceiling. And if the argument is "Well, this low-HP, Yellow Deck character isn't really that powerful" you have a few of options: 1) Give him some power defense and/or more HP to try to raise his floor 2) Be ready to have a not-fun deck 3) Don't bother with this deck.
