Have you finished this deck yet?

Nope, still tinkering. The modified IWNFY didn't really work. All it did was draw the game out a LONG time & Luke would still lose.

Honestly, right now I'm most likely going to scrap it altogether. I don't like it & it doesn't work for me.

I'm twiddling around with replacing it with the following:

QUOTE
Power Combats:

-Justice: A7*,  *If Leia is still on the board, draw 1 card. If Leia has been destroyed, the attack value of this card is 10. x2 (Luke)

-Latent Force Abilities: A7/D7, Draw a card. x2 (Leia)

Specials:

-Children of the Force: Move Luke up to 6 spaces. Then move Leia up to 6 spaces. Draw 2 cards. x3 (Luke)

-I Am A Jedi: D7, Draw 1 card. x3 (Luke)

-Luke’s In Trouble: If Leia is adjacent to Luke, Luke recovers 3 damage. If Luke has been destroyed, Leia recovers 3 damage. x2 (Leia)

Only problem is, it testing way too tough. While I'm iffy-y on giving Luke power defence, he kind of needs it, or some equivilant to stay alive. I did try lowering the D value to 4 or 5, but it didn't help. Plus I DO like both Luke & Leia having 2 A/D 7's each (Lukes are just split up). It kind of creates some synergy with them.

I think the problem is 3 D:7's is too many. I tried replacing one of the "IAAJ"'s w/ a card that acted like "Gain Power", but it didn't work so well.
I am thinking of replacing one with the following though:

Use The Force - Heal Luke 3 damage & Draw 3 cards. x1

IMO resourcing via card draws is going to be one of his keys to winning, as their only chance is to access the 2 "Justice's" & "LF"s + Lukes stong red deck, so card draws I am good with. As a matter of fact, my thought on L&L is while they shouldn't be TOUGHER than prequel Jedi is I want some way to mirror that "the Force is with them", that luck, fate, raw untrained potential, etc, could allow them to win.

IMO, the Draw Deck in some ways, acts as "The Force" in ED, The ability of characters to draw seems to mirror the ability to "use the Force" (or by forcing others to discard using the Dark Side).

So if I can get the power level right, I think a deck w/ a lot of drawing potential might work for them.
