I want to print and use some of the custom decks found online. I was wondering if anyone knew the correct card stock weight (thickness) to print them on (that is closest to the original thicknesses)

Next, I need to know if there are any other Star Wars games or miniatures that will be usable with Star Wars Epic Duels (specifically Kit Fitso, Ki-Adi_mundi, Aayla Secura & General Grievous)

Thanks for your help!!!!!!!

Deck Printing
Concerning the printing of decks, people use different techniques and this has been discussed at length in a variet of posts both here and at the original Star Wars Epic Duels Yahoo site.

I personally use 110 lb. Cardstock from Wal-Mart or Office Depot. I print on the front and back of that sheet. I custom make all my card backs in Photoshop (even for other peoples' decks I am printing) since my printer will not align. I have white borders around my card backs.

Roman likes to print his card backs on sticker paper and align them with film splicing percision onto the backs of his cardstock.

Scott Haggarty goes into an ancient eastern Japanese trance as he cuts each card out one at a time with titanium scissors while ascending the 1000 steps up to the monastry on the mountain top.

That is just off the top of my head. Other people have different tricks. Some of us laminate the cards with thin laminate film (thick stinks. It is like playing with credit cards!) while others spray a fixer on their cards (hairspray makes a good fixer). Others leave their cards naked and get pissed of if their friends grab a wet Coke and then touch their precious little cards.

What minis are useful? Three come to mind:
1. The Queens Gambit. It has all the characters from Episode I. Definitely worth the price for Qui-Gon, Padawan Obi, Darth Maul, Battle Droids, Destroyers, Naboo Guards, Nute Gunray & the other Viceroy, Panaka, Two Padmes, Gungan Warriors...
2. Star Wars Miniature Game. These minis are slightly larger but work great. This is where the bulk of my minis come from. Great figures for custom work too.
3. Disney Star Wars Packs. I got a great Bob Fett and C-3PO in a pack I bought. I can do without the Mickey with a lightsaber though.

Again, welcome abord.
