I ran 3 2vs2 matches with the Droids, and I don't think they're overpowered at all. I paired them up with Jango, Boba and Dooku to see how they would fare against slightly tougher teams. Droids/Dooku vs Mace/Jango (they lost), Droids/Boba vs Anakin/Maul (they lost a very close one) and Droids/Jango vs Emp/Han (they lost). Not once did I feel that the deck was over-powered in anyway, and if anything they lost a little punch in 2vs2. REPEATER BLASTER works great as an A2 in 1vs1, because it will easily pull defense to setup their 4-attacks and Cannon cards. But in 2vs2, usually you want to get something out of nearly every card played, and the A2s don't accomplish much when time is against you. If I upped the A2s to A3s, it would result in a pretty huge change, as it would add a total of 6 attack points to the deck. But, I am considering upping the Cannons to A8/4. That change isn't going to make a huge difference in 1vs1 games (only 2 attack points), but for some reason the change seems like a bigger deal in Multi.
The biggest problem in multi, is that it's not hard to take down one of the Droids early, and doing so nukes a sizable chunk of of the deck. Taking both down is definitely a challenge, especially when SHEILD REGENERATOR gets played, but seeing as how they went 0-3 on weak-average teams, they definitely aren't a powerful enough deck to carry a team. At the end of the day I think I'm probably happy with where the deck sits. The 1vs1 results are right where I want them, the deck plays well and with the shared cards, they aren't overpowered in team games...so I guess this one is done!
Onto the artwork...
