I strongly dislike custom decks I would just give it a ranged Yellow+ or Orange Deck (that is a custom one, I know I am a hypocrite). Also, I would raise the HP to 20 for the AT-ST and lower the gunners to 4 each to keep within the Hasbro max of 28 total.

LEG STOMP seems to be missing an attack value. This error may be a good thing. I think you should consider changing the card to a special card anyway.

I like the mechanic of allowing some of your cards to attack any character on the board since this is a 4 square vehicle. That will prevent enemies from hiding behind obstacles to avoid the AT-ST.

The Star Wars Miniatures game gives bonuses to weapons platforms/vehicles for combined fire only if Stormtrooper Gunner figures are in position to attack the target. Vehicles cannot combine fire with regular figures. I would change the names of the minors for Stormtrooper Officers to Stormtrooper Gunners. Having the Stormtrooper Officers(Gunners) adjacent to a target to boost RAIN OF FIRE seems a bit too dangerous (friendly fire!) logically. I would suggest changing the wording as such:

3x RAIN OF FIRE: A4*
Play this card face up against any character
on the board. *If a Stormtrooper Gunner is
in position to attack
that character, then the
attack value of this card is 8.

1. Face up is not hyphenated (face-up).
2. Make the Stormtrooper Gunner only have to be in position to attack to boost ROF.
3. I also shortened the wording to get it under the 30 word "limit" set by FORCE LIFT.

May I also suggest some name changes:

DAMAGE: ARMOR- WEAK SPOT

OVEREXTENDED LEGS- TOWERING TURRET

DAMAGE: WEAPONS- WEAPONS MALFUNCTION or OVERHEATED LASER

Change your DAMAGE: WEAPONS to an attack card;

OVERHEATED LASER: A9
For the rest of this game all AT-ST's combat
cards (Basic and Power) you play have the
attack value reduced by 1. This effect is
cumulative.

This now allows you to have more attack power and less defense (I hate those long games!) plus it can be reshuffled back into you draw pile if you cycle through the deck, but watch out for the cumulative effect.

I find this very interesting overall. However, I tried to make a Hailfire Droid deck some years ago on the old Yahoo site and Scott Haggarty read me the riot act.

2x2 characters. My first instinct is...a Hailfire Droid doesn't
belong in Epic Duels. While it exists in SWMinis, the boards in Minis
are about 3 times larger than ED, and there are typically 3 times as
many characters on the board as well. That said, there is a
convincing Rancor deck that is 1x2. My other concern is, on maps like
Emperor's Throne Room and Kamino Platform (even Geonosis to some
degree) the figure just won't be able to manuever the board very well.
The HD can't get to the catwalks in the ETR, and it can't get behind
Slave I on Kamino. Furthermore, it's larger target makes it more
suceptible to attacks. Also, I may have misread something, but how do
you calculate "attack position" with a 2x2 character? Are both
squares usuable for attack position?

His passionate plea for this to be a game focused on characters/personalities and not vehicles was very compelling. He was so convincing, I went outside after reading his post and burned all of my plastic SWMG vehicles, even the rare ones! Okay, I am joking there, but Scott brought up some good points.

Putting that aside, this game is about having fun. If the deck ends up being well-ballced (I would shoot for a solid Tier 2 or low Tier 1) and fun, then go for it.

One other consideration would be making a bigger map and keeping the AT-ST as a one space unit. I have been considering doing such so that I can use my mosters from the Episode II Geonosian Arena.
