I like it except that it's potentially a 'You Are Doomed' discard 6 and then a Dooku's Training A7. In other words your opponent really is doomed indeed.

To add insult to injury, you get to draw a card on the end of Dooku's Training. The card is a bit strong in the context of this deck.

I suggest an easy remedy however:

"Choose one opponent with a character adjacent to either Grievous or any Magnaguard. That player must choose and discard 2 cards for each of your characters still in play.

You may only attack with a Basic Combat cards this turn."

This way, you can never have a You Will Die / A7 situation. That would be unprecedented. This change is in keeping with YWD/A5 and is better.

As for the rest of the deck, first, I would resist the temptation of changing Annihilator Blaster. One of the things that keeps this deck from being too powerful is it's lack of synergy. 1st, we know the shortcomings of AB. It's documented. However, you have another card, Cowardly Defense that lacks synergy also. Grievious' hyde is spared at the expense of his Magna guards. That card works against inself. Now, I'm not saying these elements are a bad thing. I actually like these elements. After all, Grievious is a droid(mostly) and his deck should not have the elegance and ease of use as Dooku's or Mace. In other words, his cards have to be played or drawn in the right order to be at the top of his game. Also, let's not forget AB does give Grievous a ranged attack. But, if you make AB easy to use, say an a4 ranged attack of it's own, Grievous' deck all of the sudden becomes much stronger because of the synergy gained. So, I recommend keeping AB in it's current form; but, drop 1 so you can add You Are Doomed.

And Twirling Saber Charge should be a 3 dd.

I think that's all you need. If the deck still plays a bit weak, you can up his HP to 17. 16 hp is low even with the Cowardly's because when you use the Cowardly's, you lose utility of your Magna guards. They get killed off quicker.
