I use white cardstock to print my fronts and backs on the same sheet. I specially design my card backs so that that ALWAYS have a little white border around the artwork to compensate for any mild printer alignlment issues. If you look at my Cloud City Chewie decks, the cardbacks are the first JPEG file within that folder. You will note my white border. It solves all kinds of minor problems as I said.

My cards are always laid out in an 8 inch wide format, with 4 cards wide by 3 tall comprising a full sheet. This allows me to print 3 sheets and have the whole deck done. I use microscopic hit cards to fit those in as well.

I then laminlated the pages of cardstock and cut them out using the black lines on the face side of each card set. I then use a scrapbook cutter to cut the edges round.
